Oh no! We can't open it! Is there something we should do differently? When we try to open the video it says, "This is a private video. Please make sure you accept this person's friend request." What does that mean?

Thanks to Jeff. It was a nice birthday present for Brad today! We are thinking of our next request. Brad says it's great to hear him play...even if it's virtual!!
